- Minimum of 5 years of technical recruitment experience in Engineering, Product, Design, or Data

- Proven track record in developing innovative recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and technical sourcing platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Knowledge of integrated scheduling platforms such as Good Time or Calendly
- Experience in a high-growth startup setting
- A passion for technology and its applications in recruitment
