Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive sales growth within the assigned South-Central territory for HVAC and General Industries markets
  • Develop and sustain a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets
  • Utilize CRM to maintain customer relationships and track market trends and competitor activities
  • Lead customer contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of agreement expectations
  • Engage with internal functions to achieve PES goals and provide forecasts for business planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the HVAC/R industry or as an HVAC contractor/technician
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial leadership and achieving sales goals
  • Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools
  • Knowledge of 80/20 principles and Lean Management concepts
