Responsibilities
  • Develop custom reports for customers using system tools and high-level language tools
  • Interact with customers to gather requirements and ensure reports meet their needs
  • Create scope of work for projects, including accurate data, cost, and time estimates
  • Validate reports for accuracy and quality, providing solutions in a deadline-driven environment
  • Plan and coordinate training classes for customers, including potential travel to customer sites
Qualifications
  • An Associate\'s degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of data reporting experience
  • Experience in writing MS SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Strong critical thinking and consultative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in EMS or healthcare reporting or analyst roles
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple departments within a company
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal initiative and flexibility
