Performance Marketing Manager (Tinder)

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Tinder APAC to lead performance marketing
  • Optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives
  • Stay informed regarding new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends to discover new growth opportunities
  • Comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of business signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration
  • Communicate with stakeholders and make recommendations by identifying key insights from campaign performance
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of proven experience in the digital marketing field in the capacity of a Performance Marketing Specialist or a similar position.
  • Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems
  • Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A good command of spoken and written English and Korean is mandatory
