A leading technology firm is seeking a Business Systems Leader to spearhead AI-driven transformation and optimize business processes. This role demands a deep technical leader with over 10 years of experience and expertise in systems like Salesforce and Workday. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, implementing strategies that impact all employees. A generous compensation package includes a salary range of $275,000 to $425,000, with additional benefits like equity and flexible PTO.

The listed pay range reflects base salary range, except for sales roles. The range provided is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range and includes base salary plus targets. The range may apply to multiple career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits may include equity, bonuses or sales commissions, 401(k), at least 10 paid holidays per year, flex PTO, parental leave, employee assistance program and wellbeing benefits, global travel coverage, life/AD&D/STD/LTD insurance, FSA/HSA and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
