A prominent financial services firm in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced finance leader to guide a small dedicated team. The role involves overseeing the full finance spectrum, including consolidations, budgets, and IFRS reporting, while driving process improvements. Candidates should have CA(SA) and significant experience, particularly in a hands-on lean environment. The role offers full-time employment and a chance to make impactful decisions across the organization.
We\'re looking for a hands-on finance leader who is as comfortable guiding a team through a reconciliation as they are presenting at Exco. This is a role for an experienced CA(SA) with the right mix of technical depth and commercial acumen but just as importantly the ability to nurture and upskill a small dedicated team.
In a lean semi-corporate environment you\u2019ll sit on Exco and cover the full finance spectrum: from consolidations, budgets and IFRS reporting to embedding ESG-related disclosure and driving process improvements. You\u2019ll work closely with operational teams providing insight and proactive solutions that strengthen decision-making across the business.
