We are seeking a confident and results-driven Insurance Broker with a solid understanding of domestic short-term insurance products, including household, vehicle, and personal lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client portfolios, and delivering exceptional service and advice tailored to individual client needs.
Provide professional advice on domestic short-term insurance products.
Source and acquire new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and offer appropriate cover solutions.
Handle all aspects of client servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry regulations, and insurer offerings.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while complying with company standards and FAIS requirements.
Minimum of 3 years experience in domestic short-term insurance (personal lines).
RE5 certification (compulsory).
NQF4 qualification with relevant FAIS credits.
Class of Business: Personal Lines.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record in closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a personal portfolio.
