Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric
• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology or MBA / MBL
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT
• At least 10 years of ICT leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, laboratory, or pathology industry
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide ICT governance, digital transformation, and project delivery
• Excellent communication, technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Key Performance Areas:

• Draft and implement ICT strategy
• Drive digital transformation of laboratory services
• Responsible for ICT governance and compliance
• Accountable for: cybersecurity, enterprise systems, reporting, data analytics, infrastructure and network management, service desk and technical support, software development, system integration, project portfolio oversight, procurement, asset management, and printing services
