Role Description — Instantly & Email Marketing Consultant (Senior Account Manager)We’re hiring an Instantly and Email Marketing Expert to serve as a strategic growth consultant and senior account manager for Omni's clients. This is not a basic account management role — it’s a technical and strategic leadership position.
You’ll act as the go-to expert for building, optimizing, and scaling outbound systems using Instantly and related email infrastructure tools.You’ll advise clients on best practices in cold email, deliverability, domain reputation, and funnel conversion while leading internal execution teams to deliver measurable ROI. Your role combines client strategy, system architecture, and campaign analytics — all with one goal: make every client’s outbound system perform like a well‑oiled machine.
You won't just be "running campaigns."
You’ll be building infrastructure, advising founders, and owning outbound performance for clients who rely on Omni as their full‑scale growth partner.
You’ll work with a highly skilled, remote‑first team and have the creative and operational freedom to architect best‑in‑class Instantly systems that scale companies past six and seven figures.
