Job Title: Visa Consulting Senior Manager
The Visa Consulting Senior Manager will deliver consulting support and projects to VISA's key clients across CEMEA.
The main objective of the role is to help deepen client relationships and optimize and grow client performance by helping them define and implement strategies focused on the aforementioned.
The areas of specialization within the Merchant Practice include, but are not limited to, client types such as: acquirers, payment facilitators, merchants, fintechs, governments, processors, and other emerging payment providers.
Principal Responsibilities / Key Results Area
- Using VISA and external data to analyze client needs across regional markets and identify consulting opportunities.
- Developing plans for consulting activities in coordination with regional teams to secure funding and support projects.
- Supporting the development of project pitches and securing new consulting assignments through a consultative sales approach.
- Delivering consulting projects, resolving complex strategic problems, and managing project structures.
- Managing, facilitating, and implementing consulting services to meet client business targets.
- Collaborating with other VISA groups to ensure a seamless consulting experience.
- Designing and managing marketing campaigns, value propositions, products, and services on client site or virtually.
- Leveraging global practice areas to incorporate best practices and source analytical services.
- Building and maintaining a repository of best practices, trends, and case studies.
- Owning and improving Merchant Service Line assets such as the Merchant Dashboard and Acquirer Lifecycle Management.
Position Details
This is a hybrid position, allowing alternating between remote and office work, with an expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms, especially in financial services.
- Experience in acquiring, merchant solutions, processing, product development, and launch, preferably within banking or payment processing sectors.
- Regional and global experience highly desirable.
- Expertise in client engagement, consulting skills, and advanced presentation capabilities.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Financial acumen, commercial awareness, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel frequently and work on client sites across CEMEA.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
