Job summary
A staffing and recruiting company is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design and deploy innovative automations using tools like GoHighLevel and Notion. This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for self-starters in a remote environment. Responsibilities include building automations and developing AI workflows. Strong technical skills in APIs and low-code platforms are required, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience building low-code/no-code automations.
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, data routing, and error handling.
- Skilled at building automations that incorporate LLM responses and decision-based logic.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced automations using platforms like n8n or Zapier.
- Develop agentic AI workflows leveraging LLM APIs like OpenAI or Claude.
- Collaborate with team leads to integrate AI-powered solutions into operations.
