Job summary
A dynamic construction firm seeks a Certified Payroll Administrator to ensure smooth payroll processes and compliance. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, especially with US-based companies in the construction sector. You will work remotely, maintaining accuracy and regulatory adherence while collaborating with various teams. This position offers a salary range of R25,000 - R35,000/month and flexible working hours aligned with PST.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including certified payroll.
- Experience with US-based companies, preferably in construction.
- Union payroll experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Compile payroll data for field employees and reconcile discrepancies.
- Research and respond to questions about certified payroll.
- Process and submit certified payroll reports by deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll issues.
