  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about policies and procedures.
  • Record all customer interactions and sales accurately within the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to improve sales techniques and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage post‑sale follow‑ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
