As a Traveler Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless travel experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from travelers regarding reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and special requests.
