Permanent employee, Full-time — South Africa (Remote)

Salary: 400,000 – 580,000 R per year

Key Responsibilities and Skills

As Business Support Executive, you will deliver high‑impact, tailored support to a key client account, working closely with a global tech giant. You will be a visual storyteller, creating clear, compelling communication across internal and external channels.

  • Create visual materials: presentations, reports, infographics, social media assets, and internal newsletters.
  • Develop and refine engaging content (text and visuals) for communication channels, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of content projects—from concept and stakeholder consultation through design, review, and distribution.
  • Maintain and evolve the team's visual identity standards and templates.
  • Consult with business partners to understand communication needs and propose effective design and content solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
About You

You are a visual storyteller who simplifies complex information into attractive, easy‑to‑digest formats. You are a self‑starter with a strong portfolio, meticulous about design consistency, and skilled at juggling multiple creative projects.

What You'll Need

Essential:

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across digital and print media.
  • Expert proficiency with design tools (e.g., Slides, Dashboards, Microsites, Newsletters).
  • Proven experience writing and editing concise, engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of design principles (layout, typography, colour theory).

Desirable:

  • Experience with editing or motion graphics software.
  • Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience managing internal communication platforms or email marketing tools.
Work Remotely

Yes – you will work remotely.

Schedule

Monday – Friday. Working hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (UK time), aligned to cover 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (EST).

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week).
