Join our team as a Recruitment Lead Hunter, where you’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent. You’ll be responsible for sourcing new leads, building relationships with potential candidates, and guiding them through the recruitment process. This is not a passive recruitment role — you’ll proactively hunt for leads, follow up consistently, and create excitement around career opportunities. Your work will directly impact the ability to fill positions in a competitive market.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: Friday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company).
- You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively source and generate new candidate leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Engage with potential candidates to sell the opportunity and build excitement about joining the team.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion and successful placements.
- Communicate professionally with field staff and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity and candidate progress.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Industry Experience (Required):
- Previous experience in recruiting, lead sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting in U.S. healthcare is a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to connect with potential candidates.
- Friendly, pleasant, and persuasive — able to “sell” the opportunity effectively.
- Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in basic computer navigation, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Comfortable managing leads and candidate information in a CRM or ATS.
