Location : Umhlanga Durban
We are launching the CAPACITI Service Desk & AI Programme for 15 individuals based in Durban. This unique opportunity is designed to give participants practical experience in IT Service Desk operations while developing future-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
If you are passionate about technology and eager to start your career in IT this programme is your gateway to building a strong foundation in digital support and innovation.
- Motivated individuals based in Umhlanga - Durban.
- Recent graduates young professionals or individuals with a passion for IT.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in AI IT Support and digital transformation.
- NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT specialisation Computer Science or related field.
- Able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Be part of a select intake of 15 individuals developing highly sought-after skills.
- Gain real-world IT and AI experience while working on meaningful projects.

- South African nationality (Born Citizenship Status)
- Between the ages of 18-34.
- Unemployed at the time of application.
- Able to attend full-time training Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) for the full 12-month programme.
- Available from October 2025.
- Must be an EE candidate.
