Job description
Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Area Manager to lead multiple retail stores across the Western Cape. If you're a born leader with a passion for retail this one's for you!
What You'll Do:
- Run and support daily store operations
- Boost sales & keep costs in check
- Ensure stores are clean, stocked & running smoothly
- Manage staff, stock, cash & audits
- Help hire, train & motivate teams
- Deliver amazing customer service
- Stay ahead of retail trends & spot growth opportunities
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years in store or area management
- Computer savvy (MS Office)
- Valid driver's licence
- Willing to travel (overnight trips included)
- Confident leader & great problem-solver
