What You'll Do

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for clients, handling a variety of essential tasks including:
• Certificates of Insurance: Prepare, issue, and manage certificates with accuracy and timeliness.
• Audits: Assist clients with audits, ensuring all documentation is correct and submitted on time.
• Inspections & Recommendations: Coordinate inspections and provide client recommendations as needed.
• Endorsements: Process policy endorsements and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Billing Support: Handle billing inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate client data in our agency management system.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in Insurance: A background in commercial lines is preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar insurance management systems is a strong plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Accurate, organized, and thorough in managing administrative tasks.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Problem Solver: Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Professional & Independent: Able to work remotely with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Your Schedule

Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (your local time)

Must have reliable internet, your own laptop, and a quiet workspace.
