Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with FICA, PAIA, TCF, POPIA, FAIS, and FSRA legislation.
  • 2 years’ experience working with FAIS.
  • Knowledge of POPIA legal implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Draft initial contracts and termination of service agreements for clients.
  • Update the billing system.
  • Support with due diligence requirements.
  • Ensure that the contract register is updated.
