- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest in Ruby on Rails, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
- Contribute new ideas to improve the platform and maintain a competitive edge.
- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and performance optimization.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
- Prior experience in healthcare technology or working with integrations like TPP SystmOne is a plus.
- Passion for building meaningful products that have a real-world impact.
- Experience taking a product from zero to oneowning key features from ideation to launch.
- Interest in growing into a Team Lead role and shaping engineering culture.
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
