Job Title: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

We’re looking for a competitive, hard-working, and goal-oriented ISR to join our growing team.

As an ISR, you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to truly contribute and help impact the company.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional hunting skills, a risk-taking personality, and an inclusive mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal goals related to KPIs sales quota, # of discovery calls, # of new pipeline deals created
  • Self-source deals through outbound prospecting efforts to build and maintain your pipeline
  • Conduct qualification/discovery calls to qualify new prospects
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns focused on target accounts (email, Direct Mail, calls, social touches, video)
  • Manage the sales cycle and create a sense of urgency to ensure deals close in a timely manner
  • Gain proficiency with the product, the pain the Sterimax solves, key value propositions, and objection handling to support opportunity development
  • Diligently log, track, and report on KPIs, tasks, and relevant prospect information in CRM and other sales tools
  • Proactively seek out professional development opportunities to hone sales craft and introduce best practices, learning and ideas to help improve sales team performance.

The Sales Process required for this ISR role

Prequalify Stage Identify the Main Decision Maker

  • Phone calls to the company.
  • LinkedIn messaging to key contacts.
  • Use platforms like Cognism or Lusha for additional information.
  • Send emails when necessary.

Stage I Qualify Prospect and Establish Requirements

  • This is discovery stage can book teams or discuss over phone
  • Discover types and quantities of gloves.
  • Identify the current vendor.
  • Gather known contract details.
  • Understand storage requirements.
  • Identify pain points.

Stage II - Selling the company's offerings

  • Send a quote and lead times within 24 hours.
  • Follow up within 48 hours.
  • Send samples.
  • Collect any missing information from Stage I.
  • Quantify the impact of the identified pain.
  • Understand the buying process (budget source, signatory).
  • Identify additional contacts.

Stage III - Secure Orders & Account Management

  • Secure the order.
  • Cross-sell additional products to the client.
  • Build and strengthen the relationship.
  • Maintain regular contact with client.
  • Continue to identify new opportunities for growth and increase in share of wallet.
The ideal candidate would also have:
  • Experience selling products in the PPE space (not essential)
  • Experience with cold outreach
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM
  • Strong sales history of meeting and exceeding goals
