The Booking Clerk will be the first point of contact for many of our clients.
You will handle scheduling, confirm bookings, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our service departments.
This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, personable, and confident in a fast‑paced digital environment.
- Manage and update the booking system for client appointments and consultations
- Confirm bookings and follow up with clients on pending or incomplete appointments
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to align schedules and project timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of all appointments and communication
