Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping and elevating our brands visual identity. This role is ideal for someone who can take conceptual ideas and translate them into compelling visual assets across digital, social, and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop high-impact design solutions that support strategic campaigns and business goals.
Lead and evolve the organisations visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across all internal and external communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual output with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
Create engaging and high-quality designs for multiple channels, including social media, website, digital advertising, in-store / retail promotions, and print.
Ensure all creative assets are on-brand, visually strong, and aligned with project requirements.
Work closely with marketing on concept development and execution for promotional campaigns and events.
Develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and amplify campaign goals.
Produce original illustrations and simple animations / motion graphics to enhance digital content.
Keep up to date with current design trends and integrate fresh ideas into your work.
Update, refresh, and maintain branded asset libraries including logo suites, iconography, typography systems, and templates.
Ensure brand assets are easily accessible and standardised for cross-functional teams.
5+ years experience in graphic design, preferably in a branding or marketing-focused environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand identity work, campaign design, and multi-channel outputs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics / animation experience (After Effects, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
