The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Analyzing actuals against budget/forecast and prior year.
• Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
• Performing ad hoc analysis as required to assist in management decision-making.

The Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role, ideally within the Insurance industry.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
• Highly goal-driven and capable of working well in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail with high-quality work delivery.
• Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.
