The ideal candidate has solid experience with Xero and skills in Excel, combined with excellent organizational abilities. Attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount. This position requires a reliable professional who thrives in a structured environment.

- Minimum 1 year solid experience with Xero Accounting Software.
- Confidential handling of sensitive financial information.

- Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Minimum 1 years solid experience with Xero Accounting Software
- Experience within accounting / finance industry
- Payroll processing and reconciliations
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy (completer-finisher approach)
- Ability to self-manage with minimal supervision
- Confidential handling of sensitive financial information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
