Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to financial excellence, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Financial Officer, to optimise financial processes, implement automation, and contribute to business growth. Additionally, the Senior Finance Manager will oversee sales enablement, ensuring the efficient management of assets, fleet, and accommodation procurement.

Role Overview

• Lead and manage the company’s financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive cost efficiencies and growth.
• Maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations.
• Monitor and optimise cash flow management and treasury functions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Continuously assess and improve financial processes, automation, and systems.
• Collaborate with key business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee sales enablement, including in-field marketing assets, accommodation procurement, stock management, and fleet allocation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Sage preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong experience in team management, training, and development.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
