Key Requirements / Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certification as a minimum requirement
• A relevant diploma in professional cookery from a recognized institution
• At least two years' experience in a similar senior culinary role
• Exceptional knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to manage stock, orders, and inventory effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software applications
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities
• Able to lead by example and make informed decisions during times of absence from the Head Chef
