As a Senior BI Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us build a new analytics capability from the ground up.

While we're still in the process of setting up our own SQL Server environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape that infrastructure and influence how data is managed, modeled, and leveraged across the business.

You'll be instrumental in moving the organization away from traditional operational reporting into advanced analytics and strategic insight.

This is more than a technical role—it's a chance to be a co-architect of a new BI vision, working closely with leadership to define best practices, mentor others, and solve real business problems with data.

To ensure support and maintenance of the data warehouse in line with the data model; manage metadata repository; and provide business intelligence analysis through strategic and operational support.

1. Create a simplified, low-cost IT operating platform.

- NQF Level: Advanced Diplomas / National 1st Degrees

- Preferred: Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Mathematics, or Statistics

• 10 years of IT Operations Experience
• 8-10 years of relevant job experience
• 5 years SSIS, SSAS, SSMS/Database Design, Tabular Models, Power BI, SQL experience
• 4 years DAX, Visual Studio experience
• Banking experience is an advantage
• Relevant regulatory knowledge and business writing skills
