  3. Be a proactive leader who delivers strategic direction, builds strong client relationships, and expertly guides the agency's operations.
Strategic leadership:
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the agency, aligning with the company's mission and values.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of agency growth strategies.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Client relationship management:
  • Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, aligning communication strategies with their business objectives.
Financial management:
  • Manage client budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide insight on the agency’s budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Team leadership & mentorship:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to account team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Support the development of team members' skills and expertise.
Operational management:
  • Ensure efficient and effective agency operations.
  • Implement and maintain agency processes and procedures.
  • Manage agency resources and ensure optimal utilisation.
