Our client a leading and fast expanding commercial financial services and asset finance entity, seeks to appoint an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the full marketing function for the Group ensuring brand growth and market penetration, merchandising and social media management.

This role combines strategic marketing leadership, campaign execution, brand development, CRM ownership, and client experience management, with light sales support to optimise consultant performance and revenue growth. The position plays a critical role in strengthening brand presence, driving lead generation, improving client loyalty, and supporting cross‑selling across the company’s funding solutions and other business units.

Functions

Strategic Marketing and brand positioning

Develop and execute the annual and quarterly marketing strategy for the Group.

Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all platforms, communication, and customer touchpoints.

Strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and market credibility in the various business sectors.

Campaign origination and execution

Conceptualise, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, direct marketing, and events.

Manage full campaign lifecycle : briefing, creative direction, execution, reporting, and optimisation.

Set campaign objectives, define success metrics, and track ROI.

Align campaigns to support :

  • Lead generation
  • Product launches (as required)
  • Consultant enablement
  • Brand awareness and positioning
  • Sales Enablement and cross‑sell support
  • Develop marketing support materials for consultants including :
  • Sales decks
