This role combines strategic marketing leadership, campaign execution, brand development, CRM ownership, and client experience management, with light sales support to optimise consultant performance and revenue growth. The position plays a critical role in strengthening brand presence, driving lead generation, improving client loyalty, and supporting cross‑selling across the company’s funding solutions and other business units.
Strategic Marketing and brand positioning
Develop and execute the annual and quarterly marketing strategy for the Group.
Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all platforms, communication, and customer touchpoints.
Strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and market credibility in the various business sectors.
Conceptualise, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, direct marketing, and events.
Manage full campaign lifecycle : briefing, creative direction, execution, reporting, and optimisation.
Set campaign objectives, define success metrics, and track ROI.
