- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the Fire Detection & Gas Suppression service industry.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust client pipeline and maintain active prospect lists.
- Client Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 100 sales calls per week and provide outstanding client service through regular meetings and relationship‑building activities.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Lead the sales process from proposal development to contract finalization and operational handover.
- Service Knowledge: Understand and communicate the company's full service offering, pricing structures, and proactively address client needs by demonstrating a full understanding of the service offerings.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and competitor intelligence.
- Quoting: Ensure timely preparation of accurate quotes.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- SAQCC FD & Gas Suppression Designer certification.
- 4‑5 years of sales experience specifically in the Fire Detection & Gas Suppression industry.
- Computer literacy.
- PSIRA registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
