A leading healthcare firm in South Africa is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to laws and ethical standards while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of compliance experience within the healthcare industry and excellent communication and analytical skills. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on compliance operations.
Qualificações
- Minimum 3 years of compliance experience, including Audit, Finance, Compliance, or Legal.
- Maximum 5–6 years of total experience.
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Support Market Leadership Team on Company's Values and Standards.
- Lead implementation of compliance frameworks in collaboration with Legal.
- Administer local SOPs repository and control updates.
- Conduct regular self-audits of HCP interactions.
- Manage implementation of changes and conduct training sessions.
