Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead and scale all technology operations across the business.
This is a senior executive role responsible for the full technology stack supporting our trading infrastructure, onboarding funnels, client portal, CRM, call‑centre systems, operational tooling, integrations, cyber‑security, and overall technological direction of the company.
The CTO will oversee the technical teams, ensure system reliability, direct the implementation of new technical solutions, and work closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Call Centre leaders to create a frictionless, compliant, e Requirements KYC, Verification, Deposit Flow, CRM systems, Security and API Integrations.
