A degree in Operations, Production Management, or Industrial Engineering is required along with a minimum of 5 years in production and contract management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in production/contract management and supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of Industrial Relations, OSHACT and Safety legislation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters.
• Monitor daily production outputs and quality compliance.
• Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations, including procurement.
• Act as a liaison between CHEP, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to Zero Harm policies and health regulations.
