The ideal candidate will have CA(SA) qualification and 6-8 years of experience, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and team management. Qualifications
- Around 6-8 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong technical grounding in IFRS, tax, VAT, and consolidations.
- Commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
Responsibilities
- Owning monthly management reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- Leading, guiding and developing a finance team.
- Reviewing general ledger reconciliations, cash flows, and variances.
- Preparing board-ready financial packs and management reports.
- Managing audits, statutory returns, tax, and compliance.
- Overseeing forex exposure and commercial risk.
