Job summary
A local IT service provider in Durban is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to manage a small IT infrastructure of 25 users. The role involves maintaining Microsoft licenses, hardware, software support, and enforcing strict IT policies. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. The job is full-time and requires on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure for small teams.
- Ability to follow and enforce strict IT policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain IT infrastructure for approximately 25 users.
