Position: Junior Property Accountant
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (EST preferred)
Salary Range: $900 - $1,400/month

Key Responsibilities

• Send monthly tenant bills and record tenant payments
• Perform month-end bank reconciliations and close procedures
• Update tenancy occupancy and stacking plans
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Review and analyze general ledger and financial statements
• Prepare accrual and adjusting journal entries
• Conduct balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports for internal use and external partners
• Analyze property cash flows and assist with budgeting
• Support business process and technology integration initiatives
• Handle special projects as assigned by senior management

• Minimum 5 years of real estate accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting and US GAAP
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as MRI or Yardi
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Experience in property management accounting
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with business process improvements or technology integration
• Comfortable working in a lean finance team
