A bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Management is essential. The role requires extensive travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years’ experience in a business or retail banking environment managing an operational function with a large provincial spread.
• Experience managing a national or regional team of about 40 employees for at least 3 years.
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and apply commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate Business Banking strategy into tactical sales plans and targets.
• Lead a Business Banking team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
