Job title: Admitted attorney/Legal advisor

Vacancy type: Full time

Location: Krugersdorp

Salary: R23 000/month

Duties:

• Assist with litigation matters (mostly preparation and management rather than court appearances)
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Handle corporate legal administration and compliance
• Learn and execute company secretarial functions (minutes, resolutions, records)
• Act as legal liaison between the business and external counsel
• Support the current Head of Legal with the goal of succession into the role

Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience
• High Court litigation experience (limited court appearances)
• Strong professionalism, ethics, and punctuality
• Ability to work directly with executive-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO)
• Fluent in Afrikaans understanding and professional English communication
• Willing to work in a corporate office environment
• Willingness to learn company secretarial work (training provided)
• Non-smoker preferred
