We are seeking a Junior Legal Officer with a solid understanding of corporate and commercial law to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying all legal documents requiring the CEO's signature, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and proper legal standards across all company contracts and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, interpret, and verify contracts, agreements, and other legal documents before CEO approval.
  • Identify and report potential legal risks or inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Draft and update standard legal templates and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all executed legal documents.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors when required.
  • Support management with legal input on commercial and corporate matters.
  • Stay informed of legal and regulatory changes impacting company operations.
Requirements
  • LLB degree (essential).
  • Completed articles or 1–2 years' experience in a corporate / commercial law environment.
  • Sound knowledge of contract law, company law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
