A leading immigration services provider in Johannesburg is seeking an Immigration Coordinator to support clients through administrative tasks. Responsibilities include drafting documents, maintaining client records, and effective communication with authorities. Candidates should have strong administrative skills with proficiency in German (B1-C1 level) and a proactive attitude. The role offers a competitive salary, health benefits, and a hybrid work model.

The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen's Frankfurt office and the Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity.
They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.
What your day will look like :
Draft immigration applications in German
Draft support letters
Maintain Fragomen's database and client folders up to date
Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen's database
Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
Contact authorities for case updates and advice
File applications on behalf of clients
Complete case audits
Rename, downsize and organise documents
Take on any additional projects as required
The Shared Services team supports the wider immigration teams remotely and are an extremely friendly and supportive team to join with multiple languages being spoken.
The team is split into smaller sub-teams all with a Senior Coordinator overseeing the workflow and direct line management of the teams.
Strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background
Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.
Be proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision
Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
Completes tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations
Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines
Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet and email systems
German language : Level of proficiency between B1 – C1
Uses communication skills to achieve objective
Experience drafting applications / completing various forms

Hybrid Work Arrangements :
The Firm operates a global hybrid working policy which supports flexibility.
Depending on your role, you can agree with your manager a minimum of three days per week working in your local office.
Flexibility is important, and additional days in the office may be required based on your role, and / or team and business need.
