  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers using our automotive software products
  • Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex ones to the relevant team
  • Provide clear, confident guidance to customers – whether it’s about setup, features, or troubleshooting
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
  • Follow up on outstanding queries to make sure no one is left hanging
  • Work closely with the technical and product teams to stay updated on changes, releases, and known issues

  • Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable with software systems, apps, or automotive platforms, and enjoy solving technical puzzles
