A leading technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with expertise in Salesforce architecture and team management. Responsibilities include translating complex business needs into solutions and providing technical guidance. Experience in the public sector is a plus. Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong background as a Tech Lead or Technical Architect.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration and integration patterns.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud environments. This is a hands‑on technical role ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce architecture, development, and team management.
- Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud)
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and testers
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct code/solution reviews
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, data security standards, and platform limitations
- Drive technical decision-making throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
- Immediately available or with short notice
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong background as a Tech Lead or Technical Architect on large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, PDII, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior consulting and/or Singapore public sector experience is a plus
