A global IT service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will provide 2nd line onsite technical support to enterprise users for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, while managing tickets through the company's IT ticketing tool. Ideal candidates should have technical skills in troubleshooting and customer service, along with 2-5 years of experience in end-user support. You will be working for an IT service provider operating worldwide supporting our operative team in handling our international projects.
As IT Support Engineer, you will be providing 2nd line onsite technical Support to Enterprise users of desktop/laptop/PC, assisting with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, supporting mobile devices and managing tickets using the company’s chosen IT ticketing tool. You will also coordinate and communicate with the central helpdesk team.
