Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand the business scenarios of medium- and large-sized enterprises, including but not limited to the enterprise networking & IT architecture, application architecture. Cooperate with solution architect to analyse and design the solutions for the customer including best practices, exception handling mechanisms and problem contingency plans based on client's CLOUD product and technical system, responsible for the delivery and implement the designed solution provided.
• Understand customers' service requirements and client's CLOUD service products, deliver service solutions that meet customers' requirements.
• Handle end-to-end on-Premise to Cloud / Cloud to Cloud migration, and be able to manage and provide technical support for the whole process of cloud migration.
• Promote the use of client's cloud computing services and solutions in the process of technical problems, and constantly improve the problem handling mechanisms and processes.
• Work with client's cloud service experts & product experts directly to ensure the enterprise technology issues able to solve effectively
• Regularly communicate with key customers (onsite or remote) and take proactive actions to ensure healthy and stable operation of cloud services in order to improve customer experience.
• To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5 years’ of technical engineering experience and have rich project management experience, and large-scale application development or operation and maintenance experience in different industries with a strong result-oriented attitude.
• Experience with operational and troubleshooting for Huawei cloud stack and four of the following technical domains: Compute/ Storage/ Networking/ CDN/ Databases/ DevOps/ Big Data and Analytics/ Security/ Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
• A team player with professionalism and team spirit with a can-do attitude.
• Have strong ability to withstand pressure and execution, self-driven and open for challenges, be good at pioneering and innovative, and maintain optimistic and positive work attitude and full work passion under high-intensity work pressure.
• Huawei Cloud certificate HCIA, HCIP and HCIE is an added advantage.
