About the Role

We are seeking a motivated fresh IT graduate who is eager to build a career in networking and systems engineering. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers, gain exposure to real production environments, and receive structured on-site, on-the-job training to accelerate your technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Assist in administering Windows/Linux systems, servers, user access, and related platforms.
• Troubleshoot Level 1/Level 2 network and system issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform routine network and system monitoring, health checks, and documentation updates.
• Participate in on-site deployments, system upgrades, and technical implementation projects alongside senior engineers.
• Adhoc assigned.

Training & Technical Exposure

You will gain hands-on exposure to:

• Core networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewall fundamentals.
• System administration, virtualization technologies, monitoring tools, and introductory automation.
• Industry best practices in troubleshooting, security, and operational resiliency.
• Guidance and support for professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, etc).

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of networking and system concepts (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Strong interest in infrastructure technologies and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Able to work onsite as required.
