Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud environments. This is a hands‑on technical role ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce architecture, development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud)
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and testers
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct code/solution reviews
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, data security standards, and platform limitations
• Drive technical decision-making throughout the solution delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• Immediately available or with short notice
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong background as a Tech Lead or Technical Architect on large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.)
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, PDII, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior consulting and/or Singapore public sector experience is a plus
