• You will champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• You will oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to evolution in production and everything in between.

• You have 7+ years of stack development experience using Python and Javascript.
• Deep hands‑on experience in building and productionizing AI agentic solutions is a must,, having built RAG or agentic solutions using LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agent orchestration and RAG tooling.
• You have led software development teams using Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of technical practices such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation.
• You have a strong passion for continuous learning and improvement, from agentic AI frameworks, MCP / A2A protocols, and event‑driven architectures to functional programming and platform engineering. Staying current with AI advancements and maintaining learnability is a key priority.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes.

• You bridge product and technology by helping to translate business needs to software requirements.
• You have the ability to develop and execute a technical vision with a focus on business value.
