Job summary
A community service organization in Singapore is seeking a Social Worker/Counsellor to provide crucial intervention for at-risk youths and their families. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, family therapy, and preparing court reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in social work or counselling, strong report-writing skills, and at least one year of clinical experience. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, along with being bilingual and a team player.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
- Availability to work on weekends and evenings when required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide family therapy.
- Prepare timely and well-structured reports for court.
- Fulfill administrative requirements.
- Support departmental administrative requirements and any other organisation-wide activities.
